I hoped for it to be a little faster than it is, but for the money, it’s not too bad. I also want to mention the surprisingly good display quality. The resolution is great and the colors are very rich. It does have a gloss screen so out door viewing is very poor due to reflections. Indoor viewing is amazing. I would recommend this tablet and would purchase again.

Everything was going great, until it got stuck in a “boot loop” after a failed Windows Update (unknown reason). After much of the usual research and troubleshooting, had to send in for restoration or repair. Hope it works, as I was thinking of getting one for myself to replace my old, heavy laptop, once I saved up enough.

For all the years I've been using desktops, laptops, and their ilk, this one takes the grand prize for unusabilty. It took two hours with the ridiculously small onscreen keyboard to get it to take my login. Then it comes up with Microsoft Edge, and no way to exit from it, or to do anything else. All the narrator can say is, "Application unavailable." I'm bringing it back tomorrow to get a refund. I bought this to use for a new job where I need something with a touchscreen and is portable. It's too bad it won't function in a way that I can use. And, no, I'm not going to shell out any more money for keyboards or mice. There is still the issue of M.E.

However, there are many alternatives to the programs that I had assumed were compatible with Microsoft Surface tablets. If you're looking for Procreate app, this is not the tablet for you. However, there are many great alternatives to the app that I have found. I also prefer Windows products.

Great device for the price point

Or if you like leaving 10 spreadsheets and 30 web browser tabs open (like I do sometimes) it won't handle it without lag. In short this is not a "work" laptop, but thats not the intent of it either. For a travel/coffe table/fun device this can't be beat for the price.
