Great product!!! One Surface Pro has really helped me make my business so much more productive in one week of use that I went back and bought 3 more for my office personnel. It has completely revitalized my business.

So, I helped her choose something that feels like a tablet but can work as a laptop. Naturally, I got this for her. She loved it and has been using it the whole time :)

The Microsoft - Surface Go - 10" Touch-Screen - Tablet is user friendly, I have done my emails; watched Amazon Prime TV shows on it; lisented to music from Youtube and other online radio stations; and it has a clear screen and is easy to use.

This Surface is serving the intended purpose but that’s about the only good thing about it. This thing is slow, underpowered and Very unstable. Crashes often, Crashed twice during initial setup leaving me having to restore and restart the setup. It’s small amount of RAM and storage space makes this thing better suited to be a chrome book than a PC. Will be replacing this with something more upgradable and powerful. Maybe a surface pro or a 2 in 1 pc. Would it buy again or recommend. It’s Junk.

While I was hoping to switch from my iPad and maybe my Mac this machine isn’t quite enough. It’s close, and I have gotten rid of my iPad at least. If MS had this device with the power of the pro it would be the ultimate device.

I think the product is great. As a novice computer person I struggled with set-up. It told me what to do and I did it, listened, did it, but didn't always get the results expected. Still learning so I can enjoy it more.

I bought this for school to do online homework and write papers. It was a good deal when I bought it and I like it but it is small and can be a pain in the rear to deal with when doing homework. Great as a tablet for casual use

The Surface Go is decent for people who don't do much besides web browsing, etc. However, for those who care about speed and multitasking, I don't suggest this version nor the 8gb with 128SSD. The speed is awful and overall everything is quite buggy for me. My husband loves his, but he doesn't do much besides watch Netflix and use Discord. I wanted to use this for doing research while I wrote, this is not enough even for something as simple as that. It's quite pricey with getting the type cover and whatever else you need--the stylus and/or mouse. With the price, I would look into getting something much better. I wanted to love it, but I can't.

Our son wanted a Chromebook and tablet for Christmas, so Santa went with this instead. Best of both worlds and budget friendly option. We are loading software he uses at school to keep him ahead of the game.

Love these. We have about 200 deployed and only have minor issues that for the most part are quickly resolved. Recomend to anyone who needs a small form factor with a good amount of power behind it.

After many, many, many years with Apple I finally have switched over to Microsoft. If you’re an Apple lover like me, this won’t hurt your collection! Microsoft is the best, and the quality is even better!!

Upgrade to the higher RAM. This one is just a little slow. The upgrade is worth it.

Had hard time setting up, had to change passwords too many times because wouldn't connect and it would lock me out. It has nice picture, light and ok sound.

This is a great tablet, you can check your emails, do what every you would do on a desktop or larger laptop, and it travels well. Keyboard is a little small but not enough to keep you from doing your job

Great for art work. My granddaughter uses the surface go with the pen to draw and sketch. She uses it for other functions as well but mostly art which is a stress reliever for her. So glad she has it.

I love this surface go. I am able to do my projects. It's sad doesn't come with SUB port but i was able to purchase oneseperatle for 3 $

It was very nice except the sales man in the store did not tell us this was 10x and you could only down load Microsoft apps. We had to bring it in and have the x removed. Now it works fine for in home computing.

Wanted something small to for traveling and on the motorcycle. Works good for that. Not enough storage for a main computer, nor is fast enough for gaming. Works well for email and light surfing.

Thought it would be a smaller version of a laptop with Microsoft Windows but I was wrong. I guess I'm too old school. The screen is very touchy...one miss touch & you're somewhere else. I suppose if you just want to play games & watch videos, it's great. I take a lot of pictures & videos so I like to edit the filenames on pictures. After running some videos I noticed it gets very hot on its backside & ran the battery down. It must not be capable of running large video files for very long. It's past time to return it so I will eventually get used to it.

Bought this for my son when he was playing with the Best Buy item display. He loved the drawing aspect the most but utilizes every aspect of it.
