When I asked her if I could use it I think I spent about 3 hours trying to type an essay and I hated the touch keys. It was a really slow device, even when unlocking the simple 4 digit pass code. I know I was not the only one with the problem because when I returned it I saw several other devices returned as well.

I made the same comments about the cover that goes with this product. With just a little more thought in design, the same lightweight, sleek objectives could be achieved while spanning the total market potential from the small-fingered to the giant-handed technology user types. make the machine wider to give the users more room to enjoy the keyboard experiences. Keep the height the same or venture to explore the panoramic feel to tablets and combo devices. Nobody's doing it, not really. Why not be one of the first to take the risk and see if you might be able to win a few form Windows groupies back from the alternative O/S explorative conversion(s)? I found the device to be all but unrealistically useable for an adult-sized being. Said to say it, but this is the one: great quality and value, but poor usability makes this one miss the mark on potential reach.

In order for me to use the tablet again I would need to get a usb plug it in get a computer and install the latest windows on it and so much more!!

The surface “go” is a low line of the Microsoft surface devices and if you are expecting a high performing tablet/laptop, do yourself a favor and get the surface pro. I would only recommend this if you are planning to do light Internet browsing or have little ones to keep entertained with simple games or a movie.

I tried every fix I could find on the internet, none of them worked, so I returned it and got an ipad instead. Too bad, my wife really liked it.
