I love this tablet. It's very portable the battery life is fantastic and I love having full windows whenever I need it!

i love the surface, probably more than the ipad. i dont use apps much but i do use Microsoft software. love the touch screen and portability.

i love the size of this laptop it is very portable. the windows is also very easy to navigate and so far has done everything i have needed it to do.

The small size has made it so convenient for my classes. It doesn't cause any stress on my back and it is very easy to use it on the small desks in college.

Its portability is great, lightweight and small, although it lacks a bit as a to-go computer for heavier work. Be sure to get the keyboard as it comes really handy.

My first tablet and glad I got this one. Great response time. Runs the same Windows version as my laptop. Also was able to utilize One Drive to access files from both my laptop and the tablet and keep everything in sync. Also was able to utilize the Windows 365 License that I purchased for my laptop. So all in all, the tablet and my laptop are identical and files are shareable between the two anytime. Couldn't ask for more!

The Surface go benefits from everything Microsoft has done creating a premium full windows experience in a tablet form factor with their surface line. But this time in a budget price without losing the features the line is known for. Though the pen and keyboard is sold separately unless you get the specific bundles available. Where the Surface go falls a little flat is its Pentium Gold processor. While the processor is strong enough to run windows and a lot of applications without much issue. Though don't expect to have a smooth experience with more greedy applications like photoshop or premier. IF you get the Go, remember it's not a laptop replacement, it is a companion device. Meant to get you through when your away from your daily driver. It runs office applications very well, can do some light gaming and a fair amount of older games really well. Don't get me completely wrong however, if you get the 8GB Surface go, you can have a decent experience in Photoshop if your ok with it taking a little more time to apply filters, and stay away from the more complicated brushes, but it really isn't a device meant for that. In my experience with it, it makes a great note taking tool, general content consumption and light work. I got the pen to go with it for sketching and hand written notes, and will eventually get the type cover just so I can save space in my bag from carrying the bluetooth keyboard I have around. All in all I give this good marks, its a snappy little device that works great so long as you understand and work within its limitations. But if you need a lightweight portable full windows experience to get your work done, than the surface go is a great choice. If your a Mac/Ipad user, this won't make you change your desired ecosystem if your already invested in that, but for people coming from general windows computers and android tablets/phones this can be a surprising breath of fresh air having access to your desktop applications on the portable tablet device. With a good internet connection and some remote desktop software it can also be a portal back to your home desktop to take advantage of both worlds.

Great for carrying to class - lightweight. Added a keyboard and mouse and it is wonderful for an older student who needs more structure.
