The first one had a boot configuration issue so it was exchanged for a new one. The new one arrived today and had the same issue. Overheated very badly as well.

For daily use of writing documents and video chatting as well as watching YouTube, you will be happy with the surface go 3. Just remember this is an entry-level device. if you need more power look for surface pro. use this for documents, video calls, and video playback you should be ok
