    I bought an excelent condition open box and it arrived the laptop with the displayed conditions BUT in another colour and with a charger that it is not the model Microsoft recommends for this laptop. I was travelling so I could not afford to return it, so I kept it. So stars for microsoft Booing for Best Buy
