    This is my second Surface laptop. I can't complain. I tried out some other laptops but I missed the soft keys and the alcantara padding comfort.

    Dependable and is a good fit for productivity. Being first party hardware, I had the least amount of issue setting up this laptop. Other hardware manufacturers load their laptops with unnecessary bloatware, Surface Hardware is a good change of pace.

    Recently the SSD in my Surface Pro 4 stopped working, so I found this. It has a new processor, bigger SSD in similar size footprint. Unlike the Surface Pro series, the keyboard is NOT an additional item.
