Still Great after a full school year

It has replaced my laptop and I use it both at school and work for note taking, spreadsheet work, and pdf reading. It excels at all 3. Battery life is phenomenal. I can take notes in class from 8 am - 6 pm without charging. I originally bought it for it its hand written note taking capability but I quickly found that its power matched my laptop. OneNote (free with windows 10 and/or Microsoft office) is fantastic for note taking. The screen clarity is so sharp that I can view a spreadsheet on one of the screen and type a memo on the other side on a plane.

Is that guy even a verified buyer? I own the Surface Pro with the i5 CPU and even that is much faster than any other laptop I have owned including the Macbook Air and the Macbook Pro.

I am not new to technology, nor am I new to Microsoft devices. I would certainly return this device if I could. Ever since I purchased this Surface in May, it regularly (every time I use it) gives me the blue error screen, shuts down and reboots. This is SO frustrating!. I took it in to be seen by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They noticed there was one update, they ran it and said I was all good. Unfortunately that is not the case. It continues to error EVERY SINGLE TIME! It isn't even 6 months old, I am SO MAD. I am not sure if it is a Surface issue or a Windows 10 issue, as the error is very unhelpful in helping me find the problem, let alone a solution. I hate this device. I was SO excited about it, now I don't even want to use it. Quite a waste of money, sadly.

It is possible that when this happens, your device could be in need of an update, and requires some special care to turn it back on. Waking up your Surface Pro may be as simple as plugging in your device, and forcing a shut down, and restart. STAY AWAY!!Hard drive failed after 16 months

As I went to the Microsoft store, so many people also had the same problem. They have me a refurbished unit that also died in less than 24 hours. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
