I have had the Surface Pro 2 months and loved most of its features and its functionality. I had the usual issues with the Surface not recognize the keyboard when reconnecting it, but that was expected. However, a couple of weeks ago it wouldn't recognize the typecover or the separate keyboard/mouse. I tried everything and then ended up doing a reset. The reset reconnected the peripherals but there were no internet programs, could not get into settings, couldn't set up printers, etc. My IT people looked at it and did another reset and the same issue was there. I made an appoiintment with the Microsoft store and they ended up having to do a complete wipe/clean and restore. The good part of this was that they were very friendly and initially told me the repair would take two days (not terrible) but then called me a few hours later that my Surface was ready to pick up. We'll see if the problem happens again.

I show clients many things on the screen. The ability to write on the pages and on websites using the pen, is a great feature and holds the client’s attention well

I bought the Surface Pro to replace my dying laptop and serve as a travel companion. It does both of those great. Some programs run a little slower than on my primary PC, but for what it is, and for the size and weight it is, I am very happy with my Surface Pro.

I have looked at this unit for a long time and finally decided to spend the money and buy it. I have no regrets and this is the best and fastest "laptop" I have ever had.

I got the Microsoft surface pro for college and I love it! I wanted a computer that had long battery life and would be easy to take from class to class and it's perfect for that!

Excellent! I have an original Surface and I loved it but can no longer update it.

I purchased this laptop as a gift for my wife because we both loved mine so much. It didn't disappoint. It's fast and we're still learning all the cool tricks it can do.

This unit is clear and easy to handle and on which to install programs, photos. Good battery life . Would recommend more ram but not necessary as it runs well at this level.

It's a good bye. Needs to come with pen and keyboard already with the device.

I like everything about the surface pro. It's portability and it's power. A great laptop replacement and a desktop if all you need is usb powered devices to connect to it.

Able to take notes and gather information to present power points or lead my class and educate as needed. Recommended by good friend and have not regretted it!

Before purchasing this laptop I was looking for a 2 in 1 and this one stood out due to the slimness, weight and all the features included. This was a gift for my daughter who is in college and she loved it and got compliments from her friends.

The surface is quite lighter than my last laptop and I have to carry it around during the day. I like the options for accessories although they are a little pricey.

I love the surface and the pen feature! It helps on the PowerPoints alot !!! I can jot down what extra stuff the person says righg on the power poing presenTion.

Seriously worth the price. Not only replaced my old Dell but out performed It! Plus nothing beats the portability of a tablet when traveling from school to work.

So, this surface made me switch from always having apple products to Microsoft. I wasn't impressed with the competitor. This works great, and I love the battery life.

it does everything I need. Great price. We were deciding between this product and the Apple iPad. We went with Microsoft Surface because of its versatility.

Since the day i give it to my sister she love it. It was pretty good, exactly what she wanted, a tablet and a laptop all in one, and portable. We love it.
