I purchased it for work and it lightweight until you add a keyboard and a case. I think its overpriced for the memory and speed. I would never purchase one again. I would return it if I could!

From what my friends who bought the same product told me, my surface pro was unusually slow. Also, any keyboard that’s bluetooth can work so you don’t have to buy the official one which was great to save money.

It is very impressive how quickly it boots up and how detailed you get with your drawings. Very impressive device and my daughter loves it.

No crashing with my Mac over 10 years, we shall see with windows 10. Crashing is the reason I went to a Mac. Will I have to go back is a big question for me. Time will tell.

Good laptop

I've had issues with it sometimes not turning on and I have to send in to Microsoft to get it fixed, but don't want to go through that hassle. If I just leave it on charger it will eventually turn on properly

Okay upgrade from Surface 4

It does run quieter and cooler than the 4, but at this i5 and 4GB RAM size the speed is almost identical. You don't gain as much as I had hoped.
