Surface pro is great for general use and mobility.

I can’t use this for what I wanted. I should have bought a MAC. Can’t download from Amazon. Just not worth the 1000$

I am disappointed because I cannot link to my HP Inkjet printer. I spent two hours trying without success.

I have had this product for a week. I loved it up until the screen flickered then went completely black. After looking online for a fix I found out this is a known problem with this product. Was hoping this would be a reliable computer for school due to the price.

A good machine that couldn’t quite pull its weight.

Disappointed. I have always been a Mac user and I decided to brought this because of work and I used as my work computer for a year. After that the computer die and it stopped working out without the battery. What’s the point of you using a computer that doesn’t work without the battery? It’s just stupid. I’m still have my MacBook Pro from 2011 and it works like a charm. I guess I shouldn’t have invested so much money on Microsoft. If your reading this. Don’t buy. It’s awful. They can’t even fix the battery. They need to replace the whole thing which is $450 dollars. After spending $1,400 on a Surface. You don’t want to put that money down. It’s not even worth it. Good Luck to all those Microsoft Users and Windows user. Microsoft truly sucks.

I can not download Adobe connect for meetings no room.

After using Microsoft Surface Pro for two months, I am frustrated to no end with it and Microsoft support. So many issues... It failed to recognize my USB thumb drives, SD card has intermittently stopped working, and I am still unable to install *any* new printer drivers after more than 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft Support. The support is terrible — they can’t solve any but the most basic issues and keep bouncing you back and forth between the Surface and Windows support. Avoid frustration and stay away from this thing.

I love it. fast, good battery life. Heavy duty. Solid construction.

Purchased my surface pro less than two months ago. In one week the type cover has started to show issues with connecting & the charger is not working.

I wouldn’t know if this is a great computer or not. Since my cc was stolen and this was pitch with it. I personally wouldn’t have purchased this.

I bought this Surface Pro to get me through college and it is still running well 7 years later. I am now a Kindergarten teacher in my 4th year of teaching and I cannot imagine going to work without this lap top! It has gotten me through college, my teaching career, and more recently, my fully online master's program! I absolutely LOVE the Pro and can't imagine myself ever getting something else that isn't a Surface Pro after all of my experiences with this one! So... If you're looking for something reliable that'll last you a long while, look no further! :)

I have been using this product for over two years and the speed and battery life is still good as new. I still wish that this version came with at least one USB-C port, especially since it only has one standard USB port. That is the main inconvenience - of not being able to attach more than one USB attachment on it at a time. Luckily it has a micro SD port, and I use that as my main external storage, and only thumb drives occasionally to transfer files as needed.

Got a very similar model last Black Friday so that I could use it for grad school. Wanted something very portable, but with enough performance capability for the data intensive courses that I would be taking. It has had no issues downloading robust programs and handling everything I need for school. I've taken it everywhere including discretely at career conferences/job interviews so that I could quickly utilize it for downtime. The resolution quality and media capabilities have been fantastic as well. The Surface Pro has truly exceeded my expectations on every front.

I read all the reviews on the Surface 3, 4, and the Pro. I wanted one but the price was high for the specs. Finally, you can get an I-5 8GB Ram with a 128GB SSD for under $900. I ran to Best Buy to pick this model up and I am glad I did. The first thing I noticed was the weight or lack of. The screen is very good for Netflix or youtube. Watching movies or using Microsoft Word. The OS takes up about 20 GB or so I don't need too much space, and if you do you can add an external hard drive. If you're on the fence and need a light portable P.C. grab this before the price goes up.

I have had many laptops before. This laptop is great, it is light but very capable of handling heavy duty workload. I can switch instantly from laptop to tablet, you can even type and write with the stylus as you please. As a student, it contains all my books, notes, and can access them wherever I go.

Good for people who is do they are jobs. I love it i never use another for thiz one

The days of carrying heavy laptops around are gone. This is lightweight and every bit as powerful as your standard work laptop.

Love the surface!! Although my power supply stopped working and it isn’t even a year old? Is it under warranty as pets? Doesn’t seem right.
