    Awesome On-the-Go Tablet.

    I like using this tablet quite a bit. The stand on the back of it doesn't feel cheap, and it streams movies well. The keyboard attachment is nice, but sometimes gets wonky so you'll need to reattach it sometimes after some sleep cycles of the tablet.

    An excellent laptop for my college classes. This an excellent product and the best part is that this laptop can also be a tablet.

    Stopped working after 2 months

    Don't buy! I used my surface pro 5 or 6 times. I tried turning it on and the screen would show the Microsoft logo and then shut off after a second or 2. The Microsoft store will only replace with a refurbished (used) model. Best Buy won't take it back since it's barely outside the return period. Save your money! Otherwise you'll buy an overpriced used computer! I will never buy one of these again!

    More trouble than it's worth

    It started out working fine, but that should be expected from a brand new product. Then, less than 6 months after purchase it just stopped. I've had it less than a year, and the hard drive has been replaced once, and then the whole machine was replaced two months later. No virus, no actual damage; the hard drive just didn't work. Luckily, I paid for the extra support and warranty. The point was to have a worry-free product, and this one is anything but. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it because it didn't break until it was too late to return to Best Buy, and I can't afford another new computer now. There's got to be something better out there.

    Great job Microsoft! You successfully put the loudest computer fan in such a small laptop! When I stop playing music, you also make the computer automatically play some noise into my headphone to entertain me!
