Battery life is one of those areas and apps is the other. I wish the apps available on Android were compatible with the WIndows Surface but that's just the way things are. Overall, you can't beat this as a tablet/laptop hybrid. It functions as a tablet when you want and a PC when you want. It was a must have for my business and being on the go. Get the protective keyboard case. It's great and a must have addition.

Went thru a hassle as the original one I wanted wasn't available as it seems Microsoft keeps changing the Surface models. Going from the Pro 3 to Pro 4 to just a Surface Pro, with little change in these tablets that I can see. This functions the same as my Pro 3 except at a great price. If you don't want the Microsoft name when don't pay the price as I can only see this as the different between all the tablets I looked at.

The only and most thing I will complain is about the charger. The magnet side starts won’t change after I used for 1 year, I searched online and seems this is a very common problem among all. Now every time I Need to keep trying to change different outlets to make the miracle happen-start charging. I can blame this on the magnet design, would rather choose a normal design.
