Microsoft Surface

Processor is fast but not blisteringly fast. Graphics are very good. Reliable platform. I bought this to replace a Carbon X1 3rd generation and I'm happy enough with it for the price. The X1 is quiet a bit more expensive - so it's not a fair comparison. But the Surface is pretty good

Awesome tablet/pc

Some non- friendly mobile sites just take forever to load. This machine is a full fledged laptop in tablet form. Way quicker than any iPad or Android tablet. I own both and they just can't compete.

Decided to go fairly high-end and I don't regret it. Small, light, with a great display/touchscreen, it's a real winner. The long battery life is a huge plus. Being a windows machine, it still has the occasional Microsoft crash but I've learned that's a fact of life.

It is really thin as well so it doesn't take up a lot of space and weight since I have books with me too. Definitely a good investment.
