The surface works great even for my dad who's not really used to using it

I have enjoyed the Surface Pro 2. I would have rather gotten the 256GB version, but the price jump is a bit high. I really enjoy the ability to use MS Office. The microSD slot is a plus. Downside, not many apps as Apple. I have money to spend, but not many apps I want .

Could not stay connected to printers at office. Kept getting offline. A little too heavy for a tablet/computer. I would not recommend it to anyone now. Second or third generation should be better. Still has some working out of the kinks. Instruction Book did not come with it.

The best device to have to be productive and take care of business on the go. The best thing is I can still install my legacy applications. The fastest startup and shutdown I ever witness on a PC. The pen stylus works very good for drawings.

This was a very nice surprise to me. I am able to download apps and use this as an entertainment tablet and also use Microsoft Office for productivity. Very happy with the product.

If I had to give a rating between 1-10, 1 being terrible and 10 being great, I would give it an 8 or 9. Because this is a product is a Windows product, it should automatically include Windows in it. For the price, it should have included a really good version of Windows in it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

since laptop and this has full windows 8.1 and office was easy to move work from laptop to tablet and back via usb/wifi/skydrive and just by using my live account backgrounds and settings from laptop appeared on tablet a nice surprise..

Very compact and mirrors Windows and Outlook on desktop. My Documents, Outlook, etc are accessible remotely and work is saved very seamlessly on the Cloud.

The Pro is a great tool for doing work on the computer, @work or @Home , or just for leasure. The pro boots up in 12 seconds and has the full version of windows 8.1 and can run any software that you use on a big home computer. Great tool for students .

I have been looking for a tablet that runs Windows and Office Pro. This is it. It is fast, has multiple uses..... I love it. Compact, great to work with on an airplane even with the keyboard attached. If you need business functionality coupled with great personal applications as well.

It seems this product was designed to make me pay for tech support if I wanted to get apps, programs, etch on the tablet. I am impressed with its operating speed and storage. Once I get past the setup problems I think it will be a great machine./

I use it for rounding in the hospital and is very useful. Easy to carry around and quite powerful. Screen is excellent. However, much of my computing is using the desktop to Win8 is not really being utilized due to lack of apps. Hopefully this will improve over the next 1-2 yrs.

This is a very good Tablet and Laptop...It has very good processing power and comes with Skype account making it great value add. Add a Dock station and wedge mouse and you have all that you need in office !

The surface pro 2 is a good laptop, easy to use and easy to carry wherever you like. The touch screen is very sensitive and responsive. Microsoft office works great on the surface. Opening two apps at the same time could be simpler and the battery life could be better. However, I like it.

I had no idea what to expect when I bought this tablet. However, both the keyboard experience and the touchscreen work very well, and the screen is very easy to read. I'm even getting used to Windows 8.1!

New "swiping" system difficult to learn, different format to ease into if used to apple or android. Great power and usage once you get used to it. My wife hates apple and loves to use windows. Thats why I bought it. If apple offered a similar tablet (not iPad), I would go with apple
