    I needed a laptop wanted it to be a small as possible - very please as it serves both purposes. Hate Windows 8 but there are at least shell programs that can get you a Windows 7 format

    I've been so used to having the big bulky laptops, but this has truly been a pleasant surprise. The portability alone makes it worth having over a clunky laptop or even a desktop.

    I bought the Surface for personal use and limited business use at the office to get away from my desk. I was torn between the 1.3 and 1.5 GHz processor and opted for the smaller cheaper one without any regrets. For how I use this machine, it is very functional and smooth. Mostly I surf the web, emails but I've also dabbled with code writing software and generating reports for work. It can be challenging to navigate the charms and application settings with and without the keyboard until its been used a while.
