Everything has been great about the product so far. EXCEPT that in my first week using it, I got locked out of my own computer. Geek Squad could only tell me it was a "Microsoft glitch" and because the product was new, they couldn't tell me exactly why it had done it. So they had to do a hard reset of my computer and I lost everything that was on it. I had to reload my security software, Microsoft Office, and redo my home screen. Luckily, since I had only had it a week, I only had a few docs on my computer. Now I save everything to the cloud in fear of it happening again. I would recommend, but with reservations.

The Surface does all I need from a laptop and functions well as a tablet. Having a separate keyboard is a big plus.

I bought this for college and I absolutely love how easy it is to carry it around and I love how convenient it is.

This is a great tablet. I used it to replace my laptop and works just as good but is much easier to carry around.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Easy to setup and has all the features we wanted.

The tablet itself is great. The only concern I have is the wall charger the section from the transfer box to the tablet connection is so loose you have to mess with it to keep a connection. If not you fall prey to not having your tablet charged.

Still learning some of the in's and out's, but so far it's very user friendly. Looking for a case for it now especially to secure the stylus.

Great tablet, easy to set up. Using for school so it has all of the great properties of a laptop.

The surface is an important tablet since it loads full versions of Windows and Office rather than the "App" version. This gives me full compatibility between the tablet and my PC. The Surface is a little slow booting up but that's because my PC is a very fast machine.

Easy to use and access Microsoft Office. Store is easy to purchase games and other apps.

Very compact and powerful but would be better if it ran something better than Windows 8 .

It's a good tablet, but the latest update is not as good as the previous update. It freezes and the split screen capability is gone, and it just acts weird sometimes.
