    Great customer service at best buy but the 2 in 1 just isn't for me. It is hard to follow and use. I miss my Mac already!

    Couple of built in programs caused it to freeze up and not work. Once those built in products are removed it works great.

    The Surface Pro is a great tablet. It is easy to navigate and find what I want and need in a hurry. The protective case rocks as well as the wireless mouse. It makes having a laptop unnecessary and impractical! I love it!

    Couldn't be happier, was little pricier than some other tablets i was looking at it but love the bigger display it offers. No issues whatsoever with it. Highly recommended.

    This is an amazing laptop/tablet. My only complaint is the touch screen, if it cracks and you don't have damage warranty on it you have to pay $300 for Microsoft to send you a new one. You can't just go replace the screen, it's glued on.
