The device has performed great, but the charger started to fail intermittently. Less than a year and a half later and the charger has failed completely. Co-workers have complained of the same issue. Buy the warranty. Chances are, you will need it. Which is disappointing.

Great thing about the device is the light weight and portability. Windows start much fast than my previous laptop Which even with higher speed CPU and more RAM. So fast I like it!

I love my HP, although as a daily commute computer for college its a bit heavy, and that's why the tablet is awesome! Its lightweight and ultra portable with plenty of power for my classes.

Nice ; portable , good quality, i have a issue with the battery but I reset it and is working fine now, hope keep it in that way , i need a good battery and this laptop has it

I would say this. If you care about battery and fanless processor, then this is it. I have upgraded my old Pro4 to 6 for above reasons. Black is classy, quiet, and more battery life.

This computer is very fast for my use at home. I have most of my documents in the cloud and the download/upload speed is perfect. It starts up and shuts down very quickly as well

Meets my needs of having access to all the software that I use for business and the portability that I am looking for ... also, looking forward to using the pen feature for note taking.

The laptop was a great addition to my travelling routines. It does pack a punch with new 8th generation processor. The best part is I can use it as a tablet as well when needed.

This is a great beginning 2 in 1 laptop . Has plenty of options to choose from and it can basically do anything you would need it it to . Heavy gaming is not recommended however .

Easy to move around and I love that it’s not heavy. All the programs are great! You can adjust the settings to how you like, unlike Apple products. It’s great for college students!

I love the Surface Pro 6. I love the ease of use and find it better than an IPAD. I would recommend to whom ever makes this that a 3 prong plug would be a good addition.

I had a pro 3. This one is more powerful. The new black color is my favorite and the battrey last longer. The writting is smoother and more accurate which I enjoy a lot.
