I haven't had any issues with freezing going from landscape to portrait. I really like the note taking features of one note, and while I haven't used whiteboard, it looks like a really great app for collaborating on projects. It pairs with my Bluetooth headphones seamlessly and connects to wireless quickly too. I also like the stylus and how easy it is to use it to go from handwriting to text.

At times it can be a little slower than I like, but i still like the versatility of it. the only thing that kinda bugs me is how easily the power chord gets scratched up. Not a dealbreaker though.

Then the surface pro 6 went on sale so I decided to exchange it. This device is nice with a solid build quality. I picked up a keyboard with it and it works very well. The screen resolution is great, it supports connecting to my big 4k monitor at 60 hertz. I use a bluetooth mouse and have no connectivity issues. I also picked up the surface dock and I do recommend it. It makes it so easy to connect it at home to an external display and keyboard via the power port thing.

Internet connectivity must be manually reconnected upon waking it up, so not as fluid as a tablet. Also tablet mode is terrible. But I love it as a mobile and light PC to take everywhere.
