Though I was initially disappointed to have a brand new surface pro 6 had to be returned due to unusual glitches in setting it up connecting to work the WiFi and company email So we both returned to the store to disclose the problem and Best Buy immediately reimbursed me. As a business man, I chose open box & saved $100s
