Great laptop for a college student. Easy and compact to travel with. Thin as a notebook. Fits in back pack.

Everything I wanted and then some! Battery life is awesome, lightweight, portable, and display is crisp!

This Surface is Very fast and a convenient size. Visual is very crisp and keyboard just perfect.

My iPad was stolen and and I also Needed to replace my ancient laptop and decided rather than purchase another iPad AND a Notebook to look at 2 for 1's. The PROS; The Surface is very portable, has decent screen resolution (although not as crisp as my iPad) and runs all of my other Office 365 programs. It packs a lot of punch in such a small footprint. The CONS; limited connections (one USB and Mini Display Port) I had to buy a HUB in order to connect additional devices (digital projector, camera, presentation pointer, etc.) - The Tablet mode is simply not as easy to use and functional as an iPad. - If you can live with these shortcomings its a neat unit to have.

It has better battery life and slightly faster than previous model.

The surface is a great product and exceeded my expectations for small product. It is fast and easy to use.

It’s light, beautiful, fast, and easy to use. Turning on is like an Apple computer which I also have.

We continue to buy Microsoft Surface tablets. They are a great combination of portable and powerful.

Got this to run some IETM stuff and she works like a champ. Speed is good, durability, and battery.

The computer runs really well and does all the tasks I've needed it to. However, I have had some problems with the audio driver where any noise that comes from the speakers is accompanied by a loud, harsh static bombast. Not really sure why. I've had to reinstall the driver probably 5 times now and it really takes away from the pristine experience I was expecting from the laptop. Still love it though and I'm glad I invested in this laptop rather than a few others I was looking at. Bought this for a college a couple of months in advance so that I could get a good handle on everything it can do before I take in to my first lecture. Worthwhile buy.

If you want a laptop and a tablet at the same time....this is exactly what you need. Fast, portable and small. The only drawback is that it needs it's very specific charger.

The size, weight, and capability of this tablet/pc is perfect for jobsite reviews and punch list.

We love our new laptop, it is fast, compact, has all of the features we need for school and work.

I wanted something that was capable, easy to transport, and versatile. I feel that I have purchased just that. The Surface Pro 6 (i5 processor) does what I need without any performance issues. Word, Excel, Finance App. Have not encountered any issues at all, during the install or afterward. It did take me a few days to get used to the smaller profile and attached keyboard, but now that I've had time adjusting, it is fine.

The device preforms better than expect but there are occasional slow downs in normal use. Battery life is good, the worse thing about this device is the lackluster variety of ports.

Easy to use light portable machine with a great screen . Plenty of battery life for average student day. Just a shame accessories like pad and keyboard cost so much on top
