Solid Laptop

We are a general contractor and these have worked well for viewing drawings out in the field as well as checking email back in the office. People are generally very happy with these machines and as an IT Manager, they are no more difficult to setup or work with than any other laptop.

I often use it for recipes, or as a tablet on my lap. Great product!

The Surface Pro 6 feels great and is nice to use with a keyboard and mouse. I would prefer more powerful graphics in this form factor and price point, though, because there are times I feel the Surface Pro is struggling to keep up graphically.

Would get the occasional blue screen but like an idiot held it to a firmware issue or something so waited and kept updating and kept having the problem. Went to return it but was told I was outside of the return window and that I'd have to take it up with Microsoft. Eventually MS support told me they'd replace my computer and I just needed to mail it to them or go to a Microsoft store. I went to the MS store at University Village in Seattle and got it replaced and am having the same exact issue that I was having before. Just waiting to hear back from MS support again.
