    Stay Away from The Black! Paint Chip After 1 Week

    Very disappointing that the black paint started to chip a week after I purchased, unacceptable for this price point. The power cord is short and only being able to charge on one side limits functionality. Surfing the internet usually takes up 30%-40% RAM no matter what you do! So expect to always be running at about 60% of your 8GB memory. For the most part I haven't had any issues and the devices performs really well. It only has gotten hot once while doing a system refresh. The device is really beautiful, Very responsive, fast, and lightweight. Not sure if its worth the money at its current price point sense the only thing that has changed is the fact they added a year old processor and turned it black. Easily a 4 or 5 star device if the paint did not chip so easily. If anything changes after a few more months of use, I will update my post.

    Very cool laptop many issues

    I just bought this laptop today and im noticing some slowdowns and cant even watch youtube videos. At first I could but then the audio drives completely failed on me with troubleshoot after troubleshoot. My browser would freeze whenever i attempted to stream any video and this is really unacceptable for a brand new device. Its not as quick and smooth as I would like to and feels just as clunky and even more than my desktop (which had good specs). It may be the microsoft OS that makes this laptop so unreliable straight out of the box but the hardware doesnt seem to aid itself in much ways. What positive things I have to say about it is being able to put it in tablet form, draw and take notes on it, and use it as a normal laptop. Otherwise I wouldn't trust my device lasting 4 years in college and I was hoping this wouldn't disappoint me as much as it did.

    Charger problem

    My husband has enjoyed his laptop but after 3 years it's charging cord doesn't work. To purchase a new one it's 78.00. I am disappointed that a cord would go bad. We looked up this issue and it seems like it is a common problem for other people as well. I hope they have addressed this issue with the newer version.

    Bought this pro6 from Best Buy new and it does not hold up to the battery life as said.best buy told me to contact factory.not happy with product.spend a lot of money for this.NOT HAPPY.
