I liked all the features and it comes in a bundle, but after a couple a months it starting shutting down, gettin a blank or black screen for no reason. The updates does not help, it only gets worst. If you want to struggle like I been doing than buy this, but I would recommend that you spend just a little more and get more quality. My mom has a newer version of this same one and it’s still bad.

Great tablet but has problems

But after a few months the tablet would freeze while idling for a couple of minutes which happened to me about 6 or 7 times. I returned the tablet to Best Buy which they gave me a refund which I used to exchange for another one which had charging problems right out of the box. It’s is a great tablet but it needs the issues with the desktop freezing fixed my plus the charging issue.

I called numerous times, tried to use the extension they gave and never got through. I had to drive to the store to find out what was wrong. They said the surface would be ready in 1-2 days. This is 4th day and no word yet.

Returned that. A month later ( today) purchased a brand new hp that is faulty and doesnt turn on!!??? Hp support walked me through all the trouble shooting and still couldnt help!?

I returned it and no explanation was given for the mistake. Since they had no pro 7 I left with nothing. Therefore I can’t rate it fairly.

The geek squad could not figure it out and exchanged it and the problem persists.

In the 3 months of ownership it has crashed 6 times, and while I have the Geeksquad protection program, it is completely worthless because of best buy's backlog of faulty equipment.
