The system itself is great but for some crazy reason Microsoft decides to not provide Windows pro OS with it anymore like the previous Surfaces pro I purchase. What’s the point of calling it a Surface Pro and it comes with Windows 10 Home ? For the price that we are paying for this I expect to get it with Windows 10 pro since most businesses like mine use Surfaces. I had to waste time and pay another 100 dollars just to upgrade it on top of the premium price of this device.

Product is nice. It’s way overpriced for what it is. Mid grade cpu, barely any storage, and only 8gb of ram. It’s nice for my use case. I knew what I was buying. I came from a customer built pc that I sold. I bought this as a portable computer meant for light use. Would be great for a student. But I would recommend the actual laptop over this. It’s hard to use it on your lap or somewhere with a lack of space, with the keyboard. All in all, I recommend it if you do your research and know what your buying.

This tablet is AMAZING!!! It’s lightning fast with either WiFi or hotspot I can navigate through the internet with ease. I even use it for sites that take for ever to open with my work computer and get my job done fast!! Is very comfortable to carry and set up is quick and easy, battery life is very long (longer than some other laptops), and I recommend it to everyone. Great investment overall

I have had my new Pro 7 for a week now and am absolutely loving it! I purchased mostly as a more lightweight version of a laptop. It's great for what I do for work (military) and travel. Compatible with CAC readers for DoD sites. Oh and One Note with the Surface Pen is amazing! I have yet to unlock all of the great features on my new toy! Extremely Satisfied customer:)

I am up to date with a Microsoft-Surface Pro 7 The speed is so fast. No time wasted bringing up programs. My desire is using it for my Family Tree Maker. I was guided by Rob and Tif in the Lafayette, Indiana Best Buy Store. They are filled with knowledge and helped in Gotti g the right product for my needs. A night thanks to them for their help. I have always been pleased with Microsoft hardware products and the Surface Pro 7 is no different. The Surface Pro is very fast. It is my second Surface Pro and replaces a Surface Pro 4. The only issue I have is that it must have set in Best Buy's warehouse for a long time because the software was grossly out of date and took a long time to update even though I have a very high speed connections.

Perfect size for handling at home, in the car, and on the go. Easy to use for beginners too.

This is a fantastic laptop at a great price. We love the portability and touch screen.

So far so good. I purchased this product for business use. I am an Apple person bud needed a PC for my business applications. The Surface gives you the best of both worlds, Tablet and PC. It is lightweight and easy to carry. The USB drive, something Apple doesn’t have, is a great convenience. The downfall is that it is so popular that it is hard to find a Microsoft keyboard.

I got this MS Surface Pro7 Tablet almost 2 months ago after I dropped and cracked the screen on my Surface Pro4. Thus far, I have been very happy. Although, there are few kinks that I have noticed recently. The tablet uses facial recognition software to unlock the device. Periodically, it will say it can't recognize my face and require unlocking the device via pin entry. Whatever is going on that prevents recognition of my face, also disables the camera. I found out the hard way on several Zoom meetings when I appeared as a black box even though my camera was reportedly on. Additionally, over the last 2 days, I have noted on at least 2 occasions that when I try to log back on to my device after a prolonged sleep, that I only get a black screen. I can tell the device is still on because my old keyboard from my original Surface Pro is backlit, but I can't get anything other than a black screen on my device. The only way I can resolve it is to turn the device all the way off and then back on, which stinks if you had been working on something. I had this problem with the original Surface Pro but it seemed to have been resolved by the time I got my Pro4. It appears to have arisen again in the Pro7 version. I am hoping there is a software update that can resolve this quirk.
