I so love it! Much needed upgrade from my Surface Pro 3. Great quality. I have never had an issue with my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and I am hoping The Pro 7 is the same quality.

Great buy, I bought it for my daughter who is starting college, and she loves it, because is not heavy, with the key board is better than having a laptop

I needed a new computer as I begin my Master's program. I chose the Surface Pro 7 based on reviews and recommendations. I am just starting to use it, but am happy with it up to this pont.

This makes mobility easy. The only thing to improve this would be cellular which is available in later models. But no regrets here. great purchase.

Perfect for college art major with a rigorous academic schedule! The Surface was her preferred computer for art and for her pre-med academic classes.

I really love this it's convenient for me to able to bring it any where. I had one last year but due to covid I had to sell it. But now I got one and it's better.

Bought to replace Surface 4 after the battery pack started to expand and warp the tablet. Old type cover works well. Very few issues. New tablet features are nice but not much different from the old unit. Good replacement unit.

The first surface I received electrically shocked me to the point where I had a mark on my skin. I could not leave my laptop on my bare legs for long otherwise it would get too uncomfortable. Additionally, I would have to restart the computer multiple times. The keyboard has started to stop working and it is less than 2 years old. After contacting the manufacturer, they sent me a brand new one. This also electrically shocks me and still has issues with daily functions. It is month 7 and I am contacting the manufacture again.

Replaces my work laptop no problem. Handles dual monitors with the surface dock 2 without issues at highest quality display settings. I likely won't ever go back to a laptop.

This is just an OK tablet. Yes it runs full Windows 10 but the screen size and hardware is so outdated. Text and icons are hard to see and even hard to hit if your using the touch screen. The stylus is lack luster and should be included with the Surface from the start. The thin design of the Surface makes it very portable but due to this the Surface thermal throttles almost instantly if you do any type of task. Overall I decided to return it and get another device.

this product is excellent. Vast improvement over previous versions. We have purchased several over the past couple of years and have any very little issues.

Better than I expected. The first I bought went bad right away while doing the Windows update. Best Buy replaced it with another and this one works great!

Excellent and reliable, I had one for last 6 years and never gave me and issue. I bought this new one because my kids had broken my old one.

Thanks for such a beautiful and useful device. It works flawlessly. Have some quirks but which device doesn't..all have them. NOTHING IN LIFE IS PERFECT.

This is our third surface purchase in 9 years. We have been passing down the older ones to the younger kids and they are still kicking.

I got this for artistic reasons and I’m happy it does what I want it to do. MS store has a few “gem” drawing apps for decent prices and I’m very pleased.

This was for my youngest son going to college. He loves it. We bought it because my older son also took one to college 3 years ago and loves it.

No one does it better than Microsoft. The quality and performance is unbeatable. Best Buy prices and customer service is unmatchable.
