touch screen not as intuitive as other touch screen device aka phone

This is my second surface pro and I can't imagine going back to a regular laptop

Great machine for the price, i upgrade from the previous surface

my boy loves this and he is a tech snob. All classes are virtual.

Excellent tablet that gets the job done for most daily work tasks.

Laptop or tablet, the surface pro allows amazing use.

the wifi speed for download is only 32mb the upload wifi speed is 236mb I have gig speed network and there is something seriosly wrong with the wifi card in this machine. my cell phone get 190 down 290 up microsoft site a lot of people are complaining

I really wanted to love this but it kept shutting down and closing all my work. I had it for two weeks and absolutely loved using one note for my coursework. I called customer support so they can help me resolve it and they said it’s a known issue. Even if I sent it in for repairs they would only have sent back a refurbished one (which is insane). I googled everything under the sun to try and figure it out because I really wanted to keep it. But in the end I didn’t want to be stressed out about loosing my work. Hope they figure it out in the future because would hands down prefer this to iPad.

the suface pro came with microsoft office-home , i had to spend more money to purchase microsoft office - pro . shame on you microsoft . best buy did good getting my product to the right car with no hassle

My camera went out in less than a month. Having glitches and issues and BEST BUY has been awful to work with! Don’t buy this computer and don’t purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy!

It worked for about 6 months before having to get it replaced! However, both best buy and Microsoft were amazing at getting it quickly back to me!

Not upgradeable for the price. I have regrets buying this very over priced Surface 7 "pro".

This gets one star based on it working from date of purchase (April 2021) until date of it failing (November 2021). My wireless internet vanished one day. I spent so much time trying to just find a darn phone number for Microsoft Tech support. Then spent an hour trying to resolve a network adapter issue. I also had lines appearing on my screen in addition to the wireless internet problem. Was told to rollback network adapters and the issue was resolved. Until a few weeks later in December of 2021 when the internet fails again. Mind you, I work from home on this device. It was the reason I spent ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS on a computer. I need it to work. But alas the wireless internet failed and I had to spend hours upon hours trying to resolve this issue with Microsoft tech support. I had to buy a USB Flash Drive to reset the device for them to tell me it's a hardware issue and I need to send my device back. Are you kidding me?!?! So now I have a $1,000 laptop I cannot use for work as it will not connect to the internet. Sending it back. So disappointed.

Disappointed with the performance of this product; this was my third surface pro and is unfortunately going back. The battery life and performance didn’t live up to my expectations considering the cost...couldn’t get a day of use (predominately using outlook, OneNote and excel) without being tethered to the power cable.

If you plan on using any adobe software programs or even google chrome (sadly) you'll end up getting slower program speeds than spectrum gives their customers Wi-Fi speed. Very disappointed with this product as well as the very terrible customer service from best buy geek squad telling me that if i want to be able to run adobe software and still have good speed and long lasting battery that i need to get something with better internals and not a base model. Even though i got the i7 and not the i5. And their team found nothing wrong and sent me back the same terrible laptop back that i paid over $2,000 for.

Another failed product from microsoft with a huge price tag. Too many restrictions in the software very little customization, everything is locked. It still overheats, but good for breakfast I guess (would cook some eggs probably), the processor clock way to small. They don't offer you the pen anymore.
