With no warning, my original device suddenly would not turn on. It was show the HP logo and immediately turn off. I took it to the Geek Squad who knew no more than me and simply replaced it. Prior to it quitting I loved it. I'm just praying that this one lasts longer than 4 months!

Surface table has cool applications, but equipment itself not good. It gets too warm that stop working. Then you have to google and find the solutions to fix the problems why is heated. I have this product for two weeks and the second day got hot and frizzes, fix the problem disconnecting from power let it cool. Second time very warm and screen black. Solution charged for 15 mins. The table has already 90% charge. I decided returned, too much trouble to operate a simple tablet. Very disappointed with equipment.

The last group of Geek Squad people were excellent. Most of the others were well intentioned but not able to do what I considered to be simple.
