    I love that I have both a tablet and a real computer. I was looking at buying an iPad but I really appreciate the power of this device. It has crazy fast and has a great display as well. Buy buy buy!

    bought my Surface Pro 8 a few weeks ago, 19 days old. I was working on it and it froze up then started overheating and smoking and had that burnt electronic smell. It now will not turn on. Extremely frustrating when you spend $1500+ on a device. Microsoft is sending me another under warranty, but wanted to share my experience. Shoulda got the iPad pro.

    I already own a surface pro, but really need the tablet version for teaching. And it’s great! I teach real estate classes. The pen works great for real estate math problems.

    Fast and slick even if a bit heavy (the tablet of my Surface Pro 2 seems lighter). However, camera sometimes hang, turns on by itself and gives error message and you have to restart the thing.

    Nice Surface. Got it to replace my Surface Pro 7. I do a lot of work requiring use of the camera and facetime. Not as good as the Surface Pro 7 in that department.
