Great product great for students fast and efficient

Perfect size and format for office on the go use. SSD can easily be upgraded if needed. The 16GB of RAM is plenty for multi-tasking.

Love this Surface. Windows 11 still trying to get use to. Got a good price and deal for Black Friday. My Surface Pro 4 lasted me for so long and I desperately needed an upgrade. Needed something that is a tablet and computer. Does everything that I need.

Purchased the Surface Pro for more flexibility when traveling and working remotely. Has full functionality of a PC with the benefits of a tablet. The only negative issue I've encountered so far is that this did not include the Pen. But I wanted a different color keyboard anyway, so it wasn't a big issue for me.

You're better off with a laptop, since windows 11 doesn't support tablet mode (miss win 8). This device does give the name Pro justice since its not powerful, I give it 2 stars because it is very portal and easy to carrier around when I travel.

I like my new Surface Pro -- in reviewing Best Buy ads -- after the fact -- I see other Surface Pro 9"s at an equal price that your sales rep did not tell me about. I definitely miss the backlit keyboard that my Surface 7+ had. Otherwise, I am a happy camper.

If you need an all in one system that's portable, this one cannot be beat. The price at Best Buy during Black Friday is great.

Love love love my new surface pro! This is my second one and I'm beyond happy I could get a new one. It runs smooth, I'm able to do what I need to do with it. I run my laser and my crafting plotters all in conjunction with each other without issues so slowing down the system.

Got this product with a huge savings. I needed only Surface Pro 9 itself, but I couldn't find any better deals. I have not unpacked it yet because it is a gift for another person. But I really love this opportunity

My dell crashed after 5 years and I wanted something with the same options and the ability to travel at little easier. It works great, but my one complaint is it lags at times, with just having office suite open.

It was ok. Not the greatest computer. The pen was unintuitive compared with iPads pen.

I got this on sale, and it's a good value for what you are getting. I like how you can remove the keyboard when you don't need it. Have it for a a week and cannot tell how long the battery will last and if it gets hot. I'm happy with this purchase.

Found product and specs I was looking for with the Surface Pro 9. I also purchase the Pen but was upset that it didn't come with a charger. Had to go back to store to purchase a charger and found it didn't include a receptacle power pack only the cradle for the pen. Again had to return to store for power charger for the Slim Pen 2. Associate should have known to informed me.

This thing is awesome! Immediately turns on and is ready to go. Our HP took forever to turn on and be ready to use. I had used one of these for work for several years and loved it! Knew the next home computer would definitely be a Surface Pro!

Having the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 with only 128gb hard drive, i was running out of space to edit my Insta360 videos. So moving into the Pro 9 with 256gb, I have no problems editing video's.
