I didn’t like the keyboard

I returned the surface pro because it felt more like using an iPad. I didn’t like the flimsy keyboard. Prefer a laptop keyboard

Bluetooth broken.

But two weeks out of return policy I finally decided to connect my earbuds to it to listen to music and work and to my dismay i found my bluetooth hardware to be busted. Had to send it into microsoft for repairs which thankfully was free and the laptop was under warranty.

It just died at a little over a year. Lost everything and warranty is only one year. Never buy a microsoft product. I am officially done with them.

Delivery service

The box was delivered  but the tape that goes around the box was cut open so the item was exposed to lost and damage. I was so disappointed. Also the item was delayed for 2 days from the scheduled delivery date.

Fast,touch screen, and dependable

So when a family member needs a new computer, i always recommend the Surface. Fast, touch screen, light and dependable. I am still using the one I bought back in 2015. Best Buy online was easy and quick with the delivery.

Needed a laptop with a good battery life for school, and wasn't willing to drop a high budget on it. Found out you could replace the memory with a TB one, saved my life.

Surface Pro 9 Combo for HS Student

Overall, it is a beautiful and extremely light product, which is a plus now that they have to carry their computers to class daily. The regular keyboard looks better to me than the premium keyboard, and the feel is amazing. The experience with the BestBuy store was excellent, too. I purchased it online after looking at the available laptops in the store and opted for in-store pickup instead of home delivery. I was the only one in the line the Monday morning when I picked it up.

I got my wish

Granted I should have worked at it everyday but I was sure I would have to get a reund. Could not use the free Internet Security since it had malware in it. Otherwise now it is working perfectly
