Overall a good tablet. Little weak in the battery.

Difficult to set up (required significant intervention from tech support to get Outlook up and running), began freezing and giving “(Not Responding)” messages on Day 1 of use, and then— less than two weeks after purchasing, the hard drive failed completely and the device could not get past the initial Windows logo and was stuck in a perpetual reboot cycle. Battery life was poor. Additionally, I purchased a Slim Pen 2 to go with it and was shocked to learn that, after spending more than $100 on it, it does not come with a charger, nor does it come charged out of the box. Had to spend another $40 to buy a charger just to use the pen, which I later could not return for refund once the tablet itself failed. Finally, note that this model does not accommodate a SIM card to be able to utilize its own data— I failed to understand this prior to purchasing and was disappointed to learn as such, particularly at a price point of $1500+. Do yourself a favor and get an iPad instead.
