Best laptop ive owned! I use it every day for work and have 0 compaints i love how light weight it is and its easy to bring with me.

Light and very portable PC. But wondows is still very clunky as a tablet

I was expecting for Microsoft to 1 up Apple and deliver a portable and yet more capable tablet/laptop platform. However, it is equally overpriced and underpowered. Yes it runs windows 11 and can handle most desktop applications. However, if you want to efficiently type out your essay while having some tabs open for research, you need to shell out a few hundred for the keyboard alone (not to mention the additional RAM). There are some cheaper options online and some good sales, however you won't find it in store. With that said, I think the Surface Pro 9 is a good portable device for notetaking, writing essays, and general school/office work. However, overpriced, and underpowered for more demanding applications.

The Surface has been great up until the last week of June 2024. The keyboard crapped out and now I have to purchase a brand new one or pay $179.99 for Microsoft to repair. The Surface 2 didn’t have any durability issues. It just got old.

This is the 2nd Surface Pro I purchased for my daughter who is now a Freshman in college. The 1st one lasted her all through high school and Freshman year of college. Great computer!

Amazing computer! This computer is able to handle all my work loads for school and as well as any content creation I do. Very minimalistic, and very small and compact! Absolutely in love with it!!

I bought a new upgraded Surface Pro 9 to replacr my old one. I had to buy extra things from amazon in order to work with it well, but the device itself is fine. It works better than my old one.

I love the Surface. It's not a powerhouse PC by any stretch, but it's more than enough for websurfing, writing documents and spreadsheets as well as mid-level gaming. Don't expect it to be a gaming PC though.

I can use the surface pro 9 for school and work and it is so easy to use and I love it and so glad i went with this one and nothing else. the battery on it lasts 3 days

This Surface has been exceptional. Great battery longevity and so much better than the 5 year old Surface I had previously. A great sale price and superb Geek Squad help in transferring all my data and setting Surface.

Love the laptop, works great and is very light and portable. I wish the screen didn’t reflect light as much as it did, but still a great buy nonetheless!

I bought this for my daughters first year of college. The laptop has plenty of memory, is incredibly light, portable and quick to start up. My daughter is thrilled with the battery life and is exactly what we were shopping for!

I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and I've mainly just been using it for my current job hunt. Works fine right now however there is no plug in for an aux cord or USB, thats the only downside as of right now.

Excellent product but not an ipad replacement. This is a different product and category. Look and quality is premium and windows performs well for basic tasks

Lightweight, fun, and easy to use! Ports for peripherals for my hard drive, cd, or external mouse. Love that it connects to my Android phone

Have had several laptops, tablets, etc. over the years. First surface pro. Like the changes offered on the 9 pro. Like the compactness. Performs extremely well. Nice not to have the heat that is generated on your legs that normal laptops produce.

It has been an excellent experience and lots of help with all of the computers needs I have had. From playing games and helping eith my work needs.
