BEWARE: Microsoft can leave you disgusted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Surface Pro top of line and after a few years, the battery started swelling so much that now the keyboard and mouse are problematic. Touch screen and computer are otherwise fine. Geek Squad said they cannot help even though purchased at Best Buy but gave me # to call Microsoft. Microsoft support suggested it was my fault, but this laptop has been babied. Because it is now out of warranty, Microsoft takes no responsibility, offers no support - tough luck...not even a sorry or coupon toward replacement. I have purchased a lot of laptops and electronics where the manufacturer has supported its devices or at least suggested a solution, but this is a first - disgusting.

The only thing I disliked is the device heats up so fast, not sure if its doing because I am working on it connected to the power or just the device. Its connectivity is very fast< I am excited to use if for me google meet this Wednesday. ( Heating issue, please explain )

Finally broke down and bought a new model without any regrets. Had to get use to touch buttons in different locations, however overall a great purchase! Has a sturdy feeling over early models that it will last a long time.
