Camera is not reliable - requires constant restart

This results in having to restart the device often. I bought this to help me work remotely. The camera issue has been a burden and made my work more challenging because i need to restart the device before any vodeo meeting just to be sure it works.

She bought her first surface pro in 8th grade and it lasted until 12th grade... What a durable product. Wonderful 2 in 1. It does everything. This should take her through her first 4 years of college!! The price is just right.

Great Teacher tool

The whiteboard app is the main reason I need this computer. I can write notes with my math class, save, then post right away. It’s so much easier than paper pencil.

She used to have an ipad but now that Goodnotes is available for windows she loves this laptop since its now an all in one and not limited to just one app like the ipad was

The keyboard crapped out and now I have to purchase a brand new one or pay $179.99 for Microsoft to repair. The Surface 2 didn’t have any durability issues. It just got old.

Its literally a laptop but in tablet form that is just amazing. She bought office for it to use word and excel and with bluetooth she connects to the internet using her phone.
