Multiple performance problems

The older one had touchscreen problems, and the new one has camera and audio problems and can't handle running multiple programs at the same time (internet, Excel, SPSS). I won't buy another one. The ability to switch between laptop and tablet was attractive, but performance is crucial. I don't recommend.

Surface Pro 9 keeps losing the hello function

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like some of the things that the pro 9 has over my old pro 4 but I don't like it not having the sd card slot and the big problem I have with my new pro 9 is that the hello function keeps quitting and I have already had to uninstall and reinstall the camera about 5 times in a month and a half that I have had it. But it does seem faster than my older surface pro.
