    I like some of the things that the pro 9 has over my old pro 4 but I don't like it not having the sd card slot and the big problem I have with my new pro 9 is that the hello function keeps quitting and I have already had to uninstall and reinstall the camera about 5 times in a month and a half that I have had it. But it does seem faster than my older surface pro.

    I brought a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 about 8 years ago and I didn't have any issues with it until I accidentally dropped it last month. So far, I happy with the Pro 9. Having the Microsoft Office 365 subscription made transferring the files from my old device easy and painless. I only knock on it is the fact that the keyboard and pin are sold separately from the Surface.
