Camera is not reliable - requires constant restart

This results in having to restart the device often. I bought this to help me work remotely. The camera issue has been a burden and made my work more challenging because i need to restart the device before any vodeo meeting just to be sure it works.

She used to have an ipad but now that Goodnotes is available for windows she loves this laptop since its now an all in one and not limited to just one app like the ipad was

The keyboard crapped out and now I have to purchase a brand new one or pay $179.99 for Microsoft to repair. The Surface 2 didn’t have any durability issues. It just got old.

The screen, volume, and performance are all pretty. I also very quickly got used to the convenience of it being detachable from the keyboard for my workflow. The one con is the battery life could be better.

Its literally a laptop but in tablet form that is just amazing. She bought office for it to use word and excel and with bluetooth she connects to the internet using her phone.
