I had not bought a laptop for a while due to work laptop access. Had been looking and I had been watching the Surface for years. Finally, went and talked to sell representative and gave a demonstration. I was sold even more and very pleased and very comfortable with my new laptop. Geek Squad helped as well making sure I knew how to work everything I was use to working. Very sturdy, easy to change from tablet to laptop. Screen or picture very clear.
