    The surface pro is not as smooth as I had heard it would be. The first day I started using it, it started to lag when I would open browsers and sometimes when I unlock it with facial recognition it just freezes on the loading screen. I bought the i7 surface pro just so I could avoid things like this but I guess I just got unlucky.

    Surface Pro9 is my favorite Surface. I have owned a Surface since the initial pioneering product in 2012. The camera is outstanding for Zoom calls; Intel Core i7, 12th generation, is a leap ahead of the 10th generation.

    Was looking for a drawing tablet that used Windows & didn't require tethering to a laptop, or desktop PC. Great for this use case, but I couldn't see myself buying it for anything else at all. On a side note, the WiFi, or storage causes updates such as from Microsoft and Intel to go EXTREMELY slow. Our laptop & desktop PCs do not suffer from this issue.
