Being a big Microsoft Surface fan (I have owned a SP8, SP9 ARM, and a SP 11 ARM), but wanting a smaller form factor, I picked this up on release day at Best Buy. First off - the color...Ocean is kind of "meh". If that's what the ocean looks like it's more like a Galveston TX beach and not the Caribbean or Hawaiin waters. However, the device itself is awesome. I can't tell a difference performance-wise between it and my SP 11. Both are fast, quiet and handle anything I want to do. It's definitely lighter than the SP 11, smaller, too, but I would have also been happy with a slightly smaller form factor. However, if it had a smaller form factor the keyboard likely would have been cramped. So, great keyboard and typing experience, easily held as a tablet (and the keyboard folds back and is deactivated so you don't have to pull the keyboard off to use it as a tablet), amazing battery-life (it's Thursday, I haven't charged it since I got it Monday, and I still have 41% battery-life), great screen (I can't tell a difference between it and my higher end SP 11). This will be my daily tablet and travel work computer. No need to take a second device with me when on the road!

This device is great! If you're a windows user and want something portable that is snappy and has good battery life, this is it! Of course, you will still run into windows OS things like its not as touch friendly or optimized as well as a ipad or android tablet, but it has full windows! This is not a powerhouse for heavy photoshop or video editing but for everything else. Now, if you are not a windows user I would temper the expectations and understand that windows OS is a computer first then a tablet second. But its nice to have the versatility. Onenote is great for type and written notes. Goodnotes is also supported for a write first experience and works well. If you keep those in mind and use it what its intended for, you will have a great experience.

Bought this for my wife as she has needed a new tablet for her art. She has never experienced any sort of lag while using it every day and finds it much better than her macbook in terms of speed and screen quality.

Great computer, love that it's compact and you can take it anywhere. Battery lasts forever, runs fast.

I am very pleased with the laptop's efficient performance, especially its aptitude for academic work and multitasking. Its dimensions are well-suited for note-taking and other fundamental student activities. Nevertheless, for gaming, a laptop specifically designed for that purpose might be a more appropriate selection. I have noticed that it tends to overheat and battery dies down more quickly only when running downloaded games like Roblox and Honkai Star Rail. Beyond that, it is a laptop that I would suggest for students, given its impressive speed and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Excptional product. Very easy to set up and use for any task. Quick response and the AI features are interactive with correct results. This product is very lightweight and you can take it anywhere and use without connecting issues. I do suggest using ear buds for clarity in sound when watching movies or on video calls. The display is vivid and exceptional. Overall one of the best products from Microsoft this year.

Love everything about it! This laptop has been a really great choice in everyday use and work. It runs smoothly, handles multiple tabs and apps without slowing down, and boots up quickly.

Lovely quality, easy to use. Love the copilot feature, like chat gpt's sister. It's amazing super lightweight and I could not have asked for a better laptop because my previous one was too big and heavy. Also got the keyboard and pen and it's just an all in all perfect pairing and makes life more convenient. I don't dread opening my laptop now which is something I was aiming for!!

So far, I am LOVING my Surface Pro. I've had it about a week now and have zero complaints. I'm a PC girl although I considered switching to a MacBook for a moment, but I just couldn't do it. I do have an iPhone. Overall, the functionality and speed are top notch. It's lightweight and fits my personal needs. I am pleased. I love the soft keys of the keyboard and the pen glides across the screen with ease and zero lag.

I absolutely love my Surface Pro. I wanted something small enough to fit in my purse and carry around for my travel business. It's super lightweight but is as powerful as my last PC. I wasn't looking for the Copilot but now I use it all the time. I highly recommend this, especially for people on the go. They even had it in my favorite color purple.

I like it. It is strong surface. It goes with me everyday because it is light and thin. Work very well.

I am not a techy person. I cannot go into the specs of this product. What I can tell you is this. 1. I love that it is small. I don't like to carry around a laptop that is heavy. So, the size is awesome. 2. The color! I mean, Violet! It is very subtle, not overbearing like other colored products. 3. The setup was so easy. I plugged it in and, my stuff was just there. I had to put some of my apps back on but other than that, it was just there. 4. I have the year-round Geed Squad program. It feels good knowing they are there when I need them. Even just a quick call to help me figure something out. Nice! This product replaced a Microsoft Surface that would not upgrade to Windows 11. So I was very familiar with Microsoft. Love it!

Great device for my High School son. With keyboard and stylus pen, great functionality and portability - fas system as well.

My wife told me for a couple of years to get a new one and I finally gave in and I am glad that I did. I love it. It's fast and easy to use. Plus got it on sale. Plus with the savings I was able to buy the keyboard. I would highly recommend the Microsoft surface

My old laptop has never been as fast as this one. It's quick, comfortable, and easy to use on the go or anywhere. Best purchase of my life! Love that it feels like a tablet and is quick as a laptop.

This works great if you need to work away from your normal space. I have a larger laptop and don't enjoy carrying it around. This is extremely convenient especially if you are in the 365 Ecosystem and can access what you need . Which is what drove me to leave my Samsung Tablet. One downfall this is heavy no way around it.
