    Microsoft should really stop making tablet-laptops. I thought switching to arm will help them,but it is the same as before. Problems with touch-screen, poor performance, gets hot in seconds. This thing should cost no more then $250

    Product was received broken and defective. I requested a replacement and was told that it would arrive the following week. It did not arrive, I called and was told that they issued a refund instead of replacing the product. I was transferred and hung up on. I called again & I requested a replacement a second time and they refused to process it at the original purchase price. This is a Best Buy issue.

    Within a few weeks, the device does not charge correctly! It will not hold a charge and have tried other chargers to see of that was the issue and its not!

    If I can give NO STARS I WOULD! Best Buy and Door Dash unfortunately work together. So the Door Dash Driver STOLE my computer out of the box in front of my house and BEST BUY AND DOOR DASH WONT RETURN MY $2,000!! DO NOT TRUST THESE 2 CORRUPT COMPANIES!! They don’t care about the customers or their hard worked money!!!
