Unfortunately, the package does not come with a charging block. Just a USB-c cable. This is a relatively inexpensive item that should be included to complete the package.

Geek Squad helped me set it up, I needed to get a new computer because my old one was losing battery power

However after restarting the first time, I received a blue error screen that I could not get out of until I received a security screen allowing me to undo the restart. Other than that, the screen and color are beautiful. And has been able to perform what I need it to.

I just tell the staff what I’m looking for, and they immediately help me find exactly what I need. The customer service team is always great! Thank you for having knowledgeable, friendly people available to assist in the store. If it weren’t for them, I might not feel confident buying electronics elsewhere. I shop at Best Buy because I know I’ll always get the help I need. Thank you!
