great mothers day gift to my mom who needed a new computer and tablet

Good for basic tasks but routinely having connection issues between the device and keyboard as well as freezing when trying to print documents utilizing Microsoft Word

Had a previous version of the surface and loved it. So when it was not able to do what I needed I knew I was getting another surface. Just love the interface.

Excellent and worthwhile monetary decision on my part. Best Buy assisted with my decision and their over the phone ordering process was easy and very helpful.

Everything about this product was perfect except for the internet connectivity. I suspect it's a one off problem and I just happened to have gotten a faulty one that fell through a crack in the quality assurance process. Thankfully, best buy protection plan kicked in and I wa able to return it for a different brand.

It is a great product but came up with issues with the Snapdragon processor. I could not get the Brothers software to load and had to use basic Windows 11 drivers. Also the Acronis True Image and Cyber protect software would not load. I did contact tech support from both companies and they do not support Snapdragon and no idea if they will or what the time frame would be. Kind of disappointing since I previously owned a surface pro 7 but Intel based.

My granddaughter loves her new laptop and is excited to use it to help her in high school and in college in the fall.

Love and hate. Love the way this is functional for college, however the back stand is flimsy and after 1 year of use, its already broken and won't stand up.

My Surface Pro (11th Edition) was just what I was looking for in a tablet. The pen works very good for drawing. The storage for the pen in the keyboard is a nice location.

My last surface was surface 3, bought 6 years ago, and its stll as good as new after rough handling.

Love it. Day trading is simple and secure. Pen works well, keyboard is flimsy but that’s ok. Those are add ons anyway
