Display is amazing. I have paired with new detachable keyboard and the pen holder is a plus. This is my 4th Surface and favorite- the graphics/display are a differentiator.

It is very nice. We just did not realize it cannot do illustrator. We are disappointed with that aspect.

I used to be a 'only Apple' guy, until the Surface Pro. The Surface Pro, and all related products, are ultra durable and reliable. Highly recommend!

Not as quick as newer more expensive Surface notebooks but well worth the lower price. I have owned several Surface before of different sizes - always pleased with my choice.

This laptop is a great tablet, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it if you want all the normal functions a laptop comes with. This thing isn’t compatible with anything because of its ARM64 processor. Adobe Illustrator cant be used, I can’t connect my label maker to it because it’s not compatible, not even my office copiers can connect. It’s just not great for the purposes of a laptop, and you could get a tablet for much cheaper.

Ive had multiple microsoft pro. We used them for everything. Thankfully they have lasted for years.

I was so satisfied with my first Surface Pro, when it was time to upgrade this purchase was the logical choice. So far I have not been disappointed.

I like it works great however i don't think it is as fast as my surface pro 4. Still learning all the in's & outs.

I'm a repeat Surface Pro buyer - this is my 4th. I have loved them all but do not like the way this one has the USB port moved to the left side. I can't use a Bluetooth mouse due to Bluetooth interference and I'm right-handed so need the USB port on the right to avoid the mouse cable and the power cable getting tangled up every time I set the Surface down and then come back and pick it up. Ideally there would be one USB port on each side for both left and right handed people.

I did not realize that this CPU does not work with lots of different software since it is not AMD or Intel. So even though I was running MS Win 11 Pro on this device, I couldn't install on this PC. I spent two weeks trying to install until I stumbled on this fact while trying a workaround using docker. I am now trying to get this returned to best buy even though I am passed its return time, which must be only 2 weeks. Same on Best Buy for such a short return window and Microsoft for not warning people. I have I can return this and get a credit for my $500 MS Support charge.

The Surface has always been top tier to me. This is my 4th model and the only disappointment is the removal of the micro SD cart slot.

Awesome product. Feel and touch are superb. I feel it's way better than an ipad. Just great overall.
