I love how compact it is. It’s lightweight and streamline.

This is a great portable windows device. The size and weight seem about perfect. Battery can last quite a while, which is great. All the apps I’ve open and ran have been quite snappy.

This tablet/laptop is amazing and I cannot say enough good about it. Since the Snapdragon Elite chipset is a Windows ARM processor I had an issue with a Windows application I run, but it was quickly fixed with a .NET Framework update. Very portable, face recognition works great and always reliable as most Windows products. Highly recommend.

I purchased this for college courses and it is perfect as a tablet and a laptop. It is so light that I don’t even notice it in my backpack while carrying it. I also purchased the flex keyboard and stylus set and would definitely recommend the extra investment.

I used surface pro 6 and surface X in the past and this is my third surface device, I must say I was stunned with the overall experince, everything is so fluent and it pairs well with my Samsung fold 6 and samsung S10 ultra tab. It is wortth every penny. I am getting 11 hours of battery life. I highly recommend this device.

This has to be the best productivity device built. It's a full blown WindowsOS with touch, pen, laptop capabilities and can be used in many productive situations. Pair this with a USB-C external monitor and you have readily a mobile work station. The battery life on this is amazing now that it uses an ARM processor, and it does not seem to be slow any general productive work context. Word processing, note taking, web browser, coding, image creation all work very well. And apparently there's some cool AI stuff in it, but that wasn't the selling point for me. Great overall!

This had been great. I needed to get something that ran windows for one of my classes but this tablet has proven to be super useful. I’ve taken it with me when traveling because it’s much lighter than a laptop. My husband has used it during officiating a wedding which kept the look sleek and professional. Overall has been a great solution to a couple of issue with additional perks that I didn’t think about prior to purchasing.

The battery life of this Surface Pro is exceptionally good. It makes no noise and it doesn't get hot at all. However, the Snapdragon processor imposes many limitations. For one, it is virtually impossible to make this Surface Pro work with most printers. These same printers work nicely with Windows 11, if run on a desktop or a laptop with a standard processor. But Snapdragon is notorious for not working with most printers & many other peripheral devices.
This Surface Pro is great as a tablet for entertainment & a few other things. But it can never replace even the most basic laptop and it's not a tool for work at all.
Hi RufusFuscus, thank you for your feedback. We’re continuously working to expand support for printers. Currently, over 8,500 modern wireless printers from top vendors are compatible with Snapdragon X Series powered windows PCs To ensure compatibility and for the most up-to-date list of supported printers, please check https://www.qualcomm.com/snapdragon/laptops-and-tablets/printers.

Note that the picture shows a keyboard, but no keyboard comes with it. You will need to purchase that separately. I ordered this thinking it would be a good replacement for my old Surface Pro 2-in-1 that has a detachable keyboard and stylus. However, I was disappointed to learn that it was necessary to buy an additional key card, stylus, and source dock so that it could use USBs of varying sizes. It’s probably a great machine, but I didn’t need an iPad replacement, so it was returned. I purchased a regular Surface Pro laptop instead and source dock, & it was an excellent choice.

Excellent product and customer service to match. Bought on Black Friday. Super busy but customer service kept themselves cool and calm. Surface meets expectations. Runs smoother and faster than previous surface I’ve owned. I was worried slim pen might fall out but it’s magnetized so no issues. Only draw back, sometimes mouse doesn’t connect. I have disconnect keyboard and reattach so can detect. Other than that no problem.

The Surface Pro 11 with the Snapdragon X Plus chip, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD offers decent performance for general computing tasks without getting too warm. However, the GPU is a known weak point with Snapdragon chips, and while app compatibility can be an issue, I haven't encountered any significant problems. One downside is that x86 emulated apps seem to drain the battery faster, with a noticeable 12% depletion per hour when using LibreOffice and playing music. Ideally, the device should offer around 8 to 10 hours of battery life. At its MSRP, the lack of an included keyboard makes it a bit pricey, but it could be a worthwhile purchase if found on sale.

I love the new surface pro with copilot. I purchased this to be on Windows 11 and to take advantage of Copilot. So far everything is working as expected and this is a great step up from my previous Surface.

This is an excellent machine that solves most of the issues holding back the surface line. The addition of an oled display gives the surface pro one of the best panels in its class, while the new snapdragon cpus mostly close the gap between Windows pc's and their Apple sillicon counterparts. Keep in mind this device needs a separately sold keyboard accessory to function as intended, though there is a range of compatible keyboards depending on one's budget.

I love this device. I love the Surface pro products in general since they first started releasing and have had multiple. This one is my favorite though. The screen and resolution is beautiful. Everything operates quickly for it either from school or work. I would have preferred the Intel CPUs over this one but the Snapdragon X is fine.
