Love my surface. This tool brings my entire office everywhere I go. I cannot imagine doing my job without being able to access my whole desktop discreetly and in a fashion that is acceptable in most office settings.

Has worked great for my wife, getting the best of the tablet and touchscreen for her digital drawings and also being a full PC for everything else.

This is my 3rd Surface Pro I have purchased from Best Buy. It's always been a very good computer and Best Buy has always made sure they back up their product with excellent service.

I am very happy with my purchase. It's light wight, compact, good battery life. and great graphics.

It was a lot faster than I though and didn't really trust the test done since it is a new chip. Other than that is like the other Surface pros. I am using a Surface pro 9 keyboard and it works fine it doesn't have the copilot dedicate key but you can remap your keyboard and but a dedicate key on it. Copilot is fast but I never used it on my other computers so I can't compare.

This is just what I needed for work. Working as a mechanic can get messy but the quality of the computer is perfect! The size is perfect for travel too!

This is my second Surface pro and I’m loving it, fast light and the battery last more than I expected

Not as easy to work with as my previous Surface. It does have good storage and a good size screen. I do not enjoy the Copilot feature.

its been a great we have always had these and we just upgraded after 5 years we have always used this in our business and we will stick to this product it serves all our needs

Upgraded from a Surface Pro 7. Noticeable difference in screen quality. Only issue so far is thay my legacy iPod Classic wont sync with iTunes.

I upgraded from a surface pro 6 to an 11. It works just as my previous SP did but faster and more capable and with a longer lasting battery. I got the 32gb /1TB machine. The OLED screen is also sharper and brighter. I love the light weight and portable nature of the machine. All in all a very good purchase especially since it was on sale.

Easily mobile and really usable as computer and as tablet. I have had it for a couple of weeks and really love it. There seem to be ARM versions of the software I need to install, so no problem there yet. The BestBuy sales team was very helpful in making this an easy sale. Matt Nelsen was particularly knowledgeable and helpful in finalizing our sale.

I had an old surface from college that still works well but does not fit the requirements of my graduate school. I’m now nearly 8 years from the other one and I just got this new one. The quality has only improved and I love it just as much if not more than the old one.

The Surface Pro Snapdragon + 10 Core seems responsive and the display is sharp and crisp. This is a big jump from Surface Pro 2 which works fine but Windows 10 will not be supported. Many changes with Windows 11 and doesn't seem very intuitive. Geek Squad transfer of files and programs was terrible. Had to bring them a cable they said they had, assured me the computers would be ready for pick-up 3 days later and waited an hour after my appointment as they were not finished transferring. Upon checking the new Surface Pro the files couldn't be located so spent another 2 hours as Tech support remotely located the files. After this only half the files and programs were transferred. I ended up buying EaseUS ToDo PC Trans to retrieve the files.

I love the computer; it is perfect for college and using it as a 2 in 1. Is super practical as well and not heavy to carry around.

Surface is great! Easy to set up, light, fast, perfect.

This is my 5th Microsoft equipment and love it, use all the time; for work, for entertainment, for browsed. Highly recommended
