Love and hate. Love the way this is functional for college, however the back stand is flimsy and after 1 year of use, its already broken and won't stand up.

I love my new Surface Pro. My Geek Squad associate, Palmer is amazing. I’ll always ask specifically for him when I use the Geek Squad.

I have owned 3 different Surfaces and this one is amazing! I love the copilot feature and overall quality of it. I would definitely buy it again!

Good for basic tasks but routinely having connection issues between the device and keyboard as well as freezing when trying to print documents utilizing Microsoft Word

Everything about this product was perfect except for the internet connectivity. I suspect it's a one off problem and I just happened to have gotten a faulty one that fell through a crack in the quality assurance process. Thankfully, best buy protection plan kicked in and I wa able to return it for a different brand.

I bought this computer for my grandson for graduation. He is going to college in the fall. He loves it. Has it all set up with his classes. Quite quick and a great screen. Expensive, if you can afford it, from what he tells me, a great computer for college.

It's easy to use and meets my needs. This is my second Microsoft - Surface Pro. I got it because soon my old one will not get the new updates.

Had a previous version of the surface and loved it. So when it was not able to do what I needed I knew I was getting another surface. Just love the interface.

Excellent computer for the All-in-one person. Perfect for a tablet and computer.

It is a great product but came up with issues with the Snapdragon processor. I could not get the Brothers software to load and had to use basic Windows 11 drivers. Also the Acronis True Image and Cyber protect software would not load. I did contact tech support from both companies and they do not support Snapdragon and no idea if they will or what the time frame would be. Kind of disappointing since I previously owned a surface pro 7 but Intel based.

Great product overall, but had to warranty it because the speaker mesh started coming out

This is good for my engineering college student, he loves the graphics and the pencil, it is easy to use and works well with his load of work.

I upgraded from the Surface Pro 8 and I love this device. Its noticably faster than my Pro 8.
