Replaced my Surface Pro 8 which was slowing down due to lack of storage. 1TB in new surface changed everything. This tablet needs a third USB. Wish I had gotten the Bluetooth keyboard. All in all the Surface pro is a solid choice.Disappointed that the Surface pro came without LTE or 5G. Would make the same decision again.

I got this as a birthday gift for my wife and she absolutley loves it. The keyword is a must add on though that will make life alot better with this purchase.

Performance is ok with good display and battery life.

I've had laptop for a few weeks new I think the arm CPU works really well it makes the laptops battery last even with the oled display only thing is not all x86 programs are available on arm

Minimal and easy to use. I owned the first model that came out and haven’t had one for almost 10 years. The surface is great for personal and business use.

This is a great versatile option for people who need the functionality of a tablet and a computer. I was carrying an iPad for my teaching, and my MacBook for my more serious tasks. Now I carry one device, and I am so glad I made the switch.

This is the best Surface Pro I have had. it is very quick, runs windows 11 nicely, and is a great laptop and tablet combination.

This replaces my 8 year old surface pro. It's wonderful to have all the updates and I love the sleek black. My old one was silver. Got the super soft alcaterra keyboard. Love it! Two days after I bought it I got a $250 price adjustment too!

[Employee of bestbuy] Great computer with excellent battery life. Most apps run absolutely perfectly even without a native ARM app. The only program I have not had run so far is VPN services for x86 machines.

So far, the Surface Pro 11 has generally been working well. It has proven to be compatible with all of the software that I generally work with, so no problems there. Drivers, however, are another issue. It is not compatible with any current manufacturer printer drivers or utilities. You must use a generic Microsoft printer driver and its compatibility with various printers is hit-and-miss. Some work fine and others don’t print correctly. For example, I have two Brother multi-function printers. One works fine and the other cannot print in landsacape mode correctly. It shrinks the landscape print and prints it on the upper half of a portrait page. This should improve in time as the device manufacturers recompile their drivers for ARM, but it can be frustrating right now if you have specific devices that you want to use with your SnapDragon-based processor Surface PCs.

This machine does everything I want it too. I particularly live its screen clarity and speed.

I needed a new Microsoft Surface and the Team at Best Buy was great at informing of the current options from Microsoft. They also had a sale going on and I saved almost 400 dollars on my purchase.

KC- So far buying and using the laptop have been great. Up to now I love it and would recommend this product to my friends.

Excelent device, zero noise, still my best choice for work computer, ultra portable. Just be aware about some programs and printers not working with ARM arquitechture just yet.
