The versatility of using it for all my work functionality and then going home and being able to use it as a tablet lounging on the couch is a real perk. Beats any other computer I've had by a mile.

The salesman really showed me the difference in the comparison of the surface versus other computers. He was honest and fair about the different products. I feel about the best one for my needs.

Really makes a great first impression. It's a weird version of Windows that isn't compatible with any games. It also doesn't have access to Android apps. For this reason I didn't feel it took proper advantage of the tablet form factor. I planned to use it as a workstation that I could play games on and am returning it because for $1000+ I would hope it could run *something* cool for when I want to unwind. This would probably make a perfect computer for someone who wants a premium product and doesn't care about gaming or doing crazy intensive tasks.
